Wedge HD announced the resumption of dividend payment for the first time in 4 years

On September 7, 2009 Wedge Holdings (Wedge HD), a member company of Asia Partnership Fund (APF) Group, announced resumption of dividend payment for the first time in 4 years and revised the expected dividend from 2009 earnings to 100 yen per share based on the resolution of its Board of Directors.

Suffering losses for 3 consecutive years from 2005, Wedge HD stopped paying dividend due to lackluster performance. After the participation in management by APF Group, the management reform turned the performance profitable last year. With the progress in strengthening business foundation, the company decided to resume dividend payment.
